Finance & Admin Manager - AGRAMKOW US Inc.
Are you a structured Finance & Admin Manager with the ability to handle diverse tasks? Do you love SAP and excel in timely financial reporting and take pride in your attention to detail?
To support AGRAMKOW’s growth in North America, we are looking for a motivated and self-driven Finance & Admin Manager to be responsible for the finance and accounting functions of the North American organization. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and office management tasks, including bookkeeping, financial control, travel expense processing, payroll administration, and office administration. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, North America, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have an all-hands-on-deck mentality, be detail-oriented and have solid experience with SAP. Additionally, it is important to be familiar with rules and regulations related to accounting and tax.
Key Responsibilities
As the Finance & Admin Manager, your overall responsibility will be to ensure accurate financial reporting and accounting while also carrying out daily administrative tasks related to the office operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing
- Manage financial processes in SAP as well as month-end closing
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date accounting system
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Handle order confirmation and purchase order approvals
- Monitor inventory and stock
- Handle payroll and related tasks such as tax filing
- Carry out daily administrative tasks to ensure the operations run smoothly
- Perform light office manager duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company
- Must have experience with SAP and CRM system such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of relevant US laws and tax rules
- Experience generating and communicating financial reports
- Experience analyzing performance and developing financial and operational goals
- A self-motivated and detail-oriented team player comfortable working in an international setting
