Sales Representative

As the Sales Representative for California, you will play a key role in expanding sales of Screw Products, Inc. (SPI) products to retailers and wholesalers/distributors. Your main task is to grow the business in California by establishing a strong customer base, growing sales and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and customers – ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
What You Will Do
- Build and develop SPI product sales for retail and wholesale/distribution customers and partners throughout the state of California
- Nurture and grow accounts by ensuring strong relationships with customers
- Identify and navigate profitability opportunities in different sales channels
- Understand customer needs, including technical requirements, company policies and purchasing culture
- Analyze sales challenges and find creative solutions to overcome objections
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the Group Sales teams in North America and Denmark

- Preferably has experience negotiating short- and long-term deals and contracts
