As part of the company’s continued growth, Atonomo is now looking for a Documentation Controller & Project Assistant with experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This role blends technical document control with hands-on project support to ensure smooth coordination and execution across teams.

You will be employed as a full-time consultant with Atonomo and work on-site at a client location in Kalundborg, collaborating closely with their project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Control: Manage, maintain and update documentation within the Autodesk ACC platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness and accessibility.
• Workflow Management: Design, implement and oversee document workflows to optimize collaboration and approval processes across teams and projects.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to company and industry standards, including version control, naming conventions and metadata requirements.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with internal and client teams to integrate Autodesk ACC with other enterprise systems.
• Training & Support: Support and train users on Autodesk ACC and related documentation processes.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on documentation status, compliance and workflow performance.
• Project Coordination: Assist the Project Director with scheduling, resource planning and tracking milestones to ensure project goals are met.
• Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in documentation management, with hands-on use of Autodesk ACC.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Experience with the financial modules of ACC is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Prior project coordination experience is highly valued.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
