About the role
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless vessel calls and efficient port operations throughout Poland and the Baltic region. From preparing documentation to coordinating with terminals and supporting cargo operations, you will help secure reliable and cost-effective logistics for the customers.

Your main responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute documentation for vessel clearance (arrival notices, manifests, stowage plans, etc.)
• Coordinate with terminals to ensure berth planning and service quality
• Support cargo operations and resolve minor stowage or operational issues
• Collaborate daily with port agents and partners across the operational area
• Identify improvements to enhance operations and reduce costs

What we’re looking for
We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds. You may have maritime, shipping, or terminal experience. What matters is your structured mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
