Head Energy Denmark Consulting A/S is looking for a Team Manager to lead the company’s Marine & Logistics team. In an industry defined by innovation in offshore wind and maritime solutions, you will drive the team’s marine experts to excel in the green transition.

You will lead and develop the Marine & Logistics team, focusing on delivering high-quality consulting services within offshore wind, maritime logistics and port operations. With a foundation in the marine and offshore sectors – including freight transport, shipping and offshore supply – you will be responsible for both team leadership and strategic business development.

The role can be based out of Esbjerg, Horsens, Odense or Copenhagen. The role reports directly to Head of Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
As Team Manager with industry expertise and leadership experience, your main responsibility is to drive the continued growth and performance of a skilled team, helping clients navigate complex logistics challenges in support of the green transition.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving the development and future success of the Marine & Logistics team
• Taking full responsibility for the Marine & Logistics segment, ensuring projects and solid workforce engagement
• Working closely with management on commercial and sales strategies to fuel the shared growth of the company
• Building strong relationships with key clients in the offshore wind and maritime sectors, ensuring high-quality project delivery and long-term collaboration
• Optimizing team performance and project execution by aligning marine and logistics operations with industry best practices and evolving client needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated leadership and team-building experience in the marine, offshore and logistics sectors
• Experience from the consulting industry
• Proven ability to drive and manage business performance
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
