Project Execution Manager
Lead complex offshore energy projects at Øglænd System, owning execution from acquisition to delivery while coordinating engineering, commercial teams and customers in a global green energy business.

The global “mother company” HILTI is in these years undergoing an exciting transformation from being a mainly component/transactional business to becoming highly engineering driven project organization. Øglænd System delivers highly innovative fit for purpose engineering solutions to global clients and follows them across the globe for their projects. The scope of work is typically engineering, modelling, supply and delivery of cable management systems for large scale energy infrastructures such as offshore substations, wind turbines, foundations/TPs, new types of green energy facilities, oil and gas facilities as well as shipbuilding.
About the Role
Here is your chance to become part of a large projects organization where you will lead multiple projects. You will oversee the end-to-end flow from engineering solutions to delivery in coordination with the commercial teams in the markets to ensure high quality customer experience. You will also be involved in acquisition activities to secure value creation and create the right foundation to perform the projects from.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Management: You will plan and execute the project in a proactive and duly manner together with the project team in accordance with the defined scope of work and the contract, agreed internal deliverables and Øglænd’s quality standards. You are responsible for the follow-up on planned vs. progress vs. spent and risk and opportunity management.
Communication: Secure effective project coordination via strong communication upstream and downstream. You will be the internal center of the project team, and your communication will focus on interfaces and follow-up of project activities and mitigating actions to achieve a good process and the best results.
Project Organization: Organize the project team and ensure that the team members have clearly identified roles, responsibilities, defined interfaces and are empowered within their defined scope of duties.
Risk, Planning and Change Management: Utilize planning and risk management as integrated tools in the daily project management activities, focusing on proactively understanding the potential impacts and finding necessary mitigation options for the project to stay on track.
Project Process: Assumes full responsibility for the project from fend of acquisition until all obligations are complete at delivery. Also provides feedback on the performance of the project and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in project management.
Effective communication and collaboration skills and interest in sharing knowledge and developing colleagues' competencies.
Service-minded and cooperates well in teams across departments from a holistic and pro-active approach.
Experience in document control and document handling systems, preferably ACC.
Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
About You
You have a passion for sustainable solutions and a desire to further develop products and services, which reduce the overall costs of the renewable projects. The right candidate will have a portfolio which demonstrates project leadership, budget and commercial awareness and technical skills, illustrating the ability to develop fit for purpose engineering designs and manage project teams. You must be an excellent communicator capable of explaining engineering principles verbally and in writing and through sketching. You have good computer skills and perhaps experience with 3D modelling.
